A connected school service.
- Account and Wonde MIS integrationThe shared Account service manages sign-in, school accounts and permissions. We offer MIS integrations via Wonde for your licensed apps, with school authorisation, supported data and configuration confirmed during setup. Optional calendar and other product connections are agreed separately. MIS write-back is available only where specifically supported and agreed.
- Ordinary running costsHosting, normal data storage and processing, updates, standard onboarding and remote support are included in the agreed annual price.
- Room for your staffThe reference school has around 2,000 pupils and 200 staff. Staff numbers help us plan support and capacity; they are not a login-seat limit. Tell us about a larger school or unusual requirements when you enquire.
Clear agreements

We confirm your apps, included service, applicable VAT and renewal terms in writing before you subscribe.
No surprise usage invoices
Exceptional storage, substantial data migration, bespoke training or other work outside standard service is discussed and priced in advance. We agree any additional charge before that work starts.
Account is the shared software service; a dedicated human account manager is not included.
One-year agreements
The standard agreement lasts one year. Your accepted annual price stays fixed for that year. We show the next renewal price before you renew.
Existing agreements keep their recorded terms until renewal. These published prices do not rewrite a signed agreement.
Founding schools
Eligible new DAS Board, SEND package and complete-suite schools may receive up to 10% off their first paid year only, for up to the first 3 schools. Availability and the exact saving are confirmed in your quote; the normal renewal price is shown alongside it.
Trusts and groups
Ask about coordinated onboarding for several schools. We can quote savings of up to 5% for 5–9 schools and up to 8% for 10 or more, subject to the agreed service requirements.
The best eligible offer applies. Founding-school, trust and other promotional discounts are not added together; published package prices already include their bundle saving.

Your named school lead coordinates setup with us. Start with a demonstration, then agree a supported trial around the work you want to improve.

Confirm your school lead, selected apps, staff access, complete annual quote and a few useful trial measures.
- Prepare your school
Your school supplies its access decisions, relevant policies and agreed source data. Where MIS data is needed, approve the Wonde connection and supported fields. We configure the apps and provide standard remote onboarding.
- Try, review and decide
The 12 teaching weeks begin when your agreed setup is ready. Review the results with us before choosing whether to subscribe.
School setup required. Permissions, supported MIS data and school-specific configuration are confirmed before live use. Any feature shown as a preview is discussed separately before it forms part of your agreed trial.
